How do I sign up for InfoCenter?
INET subscribers who wish to sign up for InfoCenter should have their firm
administrator contact INET Subscriber Services by calling 212-231-5180 or
sending an email to subscriber@nasdaq.com. I can't remember my User Name or my Password. What should I do?
They will help you reset your account password, unlock your account, or deal with any other trouble you may be having. How can I log out? Never walk away from your computer while you have an online application in progress. Make sure you log out at the end of each session. Once you're logged in, a link titled "LOG OUT" appears in the upper right corner of the page. Click it to insure that no additional information can be passed through the network without a necessary authentication. For added security, our system automatically logs out each user after a set period of inactivity. If you are logged out, simply log in again to continue your online session. Your password should be easy enough to remember without the need to write it down. If you do write it down, someone else may be able to read it, no matter how safe you think it is. For example, if your purse or wallet is lost or stolen, a piece of paper with your password written on it is lost or stolen as well. Never give your password to anyone else.
